About Transformation In Action (TIA)

The more welcoming, engaging and inviting a community is, the more we show up as extraordinary human beings.

Diverse and equitable communities understand how individual acts are interconnected, and by embracing the complexities of today’s challenges, are better able to provide creative solutions. TIA facilitators guide organizational leaders through processes as they work collaboratively to realign mission, core values, and management strategies with racial equity and social justice.

TIA facilitators work with organizational leaders to decode inequitable patterns, structure on-going conversations about race, racism, and intersectional inequities, revise core values, and identify goals and strategies to drive organizational change. TIA facilitates interactive experiences to build trust and cooperation amongst all stakeholders.
